The Best Dry Shampoo - Batiste

Well hello July! I hope you will be better than June...

I am here to share with you today the best thing that came along in the dry shampoo world. I've been using it for about a year and thought it would be a perfect thing to share! Who doesn't want to know the best of the best of anything? That's right, no one.

Batiste Dry Shampoo

If you're not familiar with dry shampoo, it is a great invention that has returned as an in demand product in the last 5 years. Hair can get dry and damaged being washed every day or even every other day so spraying some of this good stuff in your roots can help make your locks look more luscious day to day instead of washing.

The greatest thing about this dry shampoo is that it is tailored for specific hair colors. Brown hair? No problem! No more dealing with white powdery residue. The minutes I've spent with other brands rubbing the white spray into my hair color are countless. And they're all over!

I recently decided to get blonde highlights again and was concerned my brunette dry shampoo would be too dark and normal drugstore dry shampoo would still be too light. All my concerns were over when I saw the medium & brunette spray!

How I use it: Shake the can and then spray very liberally towards my scalp where I see the greasiest of greasy hair. Yikes. The more you spray the shampoo, the thicker your hair will feel. Then I will brush my hair and focus on brushing the roots the most. I repeat the process until I feel I will be good for the day. Feel free to also spray this right upfront around your hair line. It does wonders.

You can find Batiste dry shampoo at Ulta, Walgreens, Nordstrom and I've actually seen it at Urban Outfitters. I haven't seen it at Rite Aid or CVS but they may have expanded recently since their company website does say these stores sell their products - http://www.batistehair.com/where-to-buy.aspx They also have different smells and textures you may be looking for.

It also seems like I'm not the only one that loves this stuff since the cap says it's been voted #1. I'm not surprised in the least bit.

The review site http://www.reviews.com/ also did some thorough research and rated the Batiste dry shampoo #2 based on their research.

Tell me what you think if you've tried Batiste or maybe your best methods for using any dry shampoo.
